3rd Annual All Horse Open House

August 8, 2008

Once again the Hunt is organizing the annual All Horse Open House - a marked trail ride which can be ridden independently at your own pace or a guided group will be available.  The ride will be held at Mt. Hebron Farm on Springsbury Rd on August 23rd - All riders welcome.  Gates open at 9am - 12 noon for self-guided riders and there will be a guided ride at 10:00.  Cost is $35 per rider, $15 for children and this includes a super lunch.

This year the ride leaves from historic Mt. Hebron farm, owned by Giel and Diane Millner.  This marked trail winds through the beautiful open and wooded countryside of northern Clarke county.  Start to finish time is approximately 1.5 hours.  There are many optional jumps for schooling and gates at each fence for your choice.  At the finish of the trail ride there will be a wonderful picnic lunch.  There will be lots of delicious food for a relaxing afternoon.  Proceeds to co-benefit local volunteer Fire and Rescue companies.  For more information call Teri Lyn Houliston at 540-955-3579.
